Art4Development.Net E-Community
The Art4Development.Net E-Community is an online network group that brings hundreds of development agents and specialists, representatives of arts centers and councils, museums, galleries, professional and amateur artists, artisans, students, experts from across the globe together (currently from 80 countries)! Among the current E-community participants 13% of the total Africa group is from South Africa; 9% within the Europe group is from Eastern Europe; 45% of Asia is from Central Asia and Southeast Asia; and 4% of North America represents Canada.
This interactive network group collaboratively provides weekly digests on arts and development issues, such as arts in community development, health, conflict resolution, prevention of HIV/AIDs, gender empowerment, youth, poverty reduction, cultural heritage preservation, education, sustainable development, …. We had over hundred digests since May 2003 with thousands of content related messages. The Art4Development.Net E-Digest consists of messages, announcements, events, project reports, proposals, and more.
